Klezmer, or klezmer music - traditional folk music of Eastern European Jews and a special style of its performance. Performers of music in this style are klezmers (Yiddish קלעזמער)
When full-scale war broke out in Ukraine in 2022, Kyiv Klezmer Fest, which had been held from 2018c on Kontraktova Square, one of Kyiv's main squares, also became a refugee. Like millions of other Ukrainians.
But klezmers around the world are very supportive of Ukraine, so we decided to organize a festival in different European cities.

Our mission is to collect charitable donations for the Davinci Wolves unit in Ukraine. We will help raise money for the purchase of necessary military equipment for boys and girls, and this will be the most important task of our festival.

Entry with a Ukrainian passport costs 50 sek.
